Give Peace a Dance
Hosted by the Family Chalmers Consortium on behalf of Indivisible Nevada County
Not a concert. Not a memorial. Not a singular event.
A living rhythm — a night where sound becomes motion and motion becomes memory.
On Pearl Harbor Day — Sunday, December 7th, 2025 — the eve of John Lennon’s assassination, we’ll gather in Nevada City for a living rhythm of music, community, and resistance.
Four acts. Forty-five-minute sets. A flow of buskers, speakers, minstrels, leaders, and performance artists blending art and activism.
A space to dance, to connect, and to remember that
Peace — like Love — Only Survives when You Move With it.
Admission is free.
The cost is compassion.
Bring new clothing or unwrapped toys to help local and migrant families this holiday season. Together, we’ll turn rhythm into relief, motion into meaning, and community into care.
